We want you to enjoy your BigShot. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your BigShot arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@bigshot.co.nz, including your order number and a brief description of the issue (photos may be requested).

Items may be opened to identify faults.

Where a product is faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a return is required due to a fault, we will cover any reasonable return shipping costs.

Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
