1. Order Confirmation
Orders submitted through this form will be reviewed and confirmed in writing via email by One Three Ltd.
The shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be confirmed at this stage. Any cancellation or change must be requested within 24 hours of confirmation.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due within 14 days from the date of the order confirmation email unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Late Payments
A 5% late fee may be applied for overdue invoices beyond 14 days. Continued delays may result in withholding future orders.
4. Shipping & Risk
Shipping costs and methods will be confirmed via email before dispatch. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all orders are supplied FOB (Free On Board) from our warehouse or manufacturing facility.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once goods are handed over to the nominated carrier.
5. Returns & Damaged Goods 
Please notify us within 5 working days of receiving your order if items are damaged or incorrect. No returns accepted without prior approval.
6. Custom Backboard Stickers
Available only for orders over 5,000 units. Final artwork must meet BigShot’s print specifications. Approval is required before production.
7. Marketing Materials
Stockists may request access to high-res images, POS material, and social media assets to promote BigShot
in-store or online.
8. Use of Branding & IP
All branding, logos, and product designs remain the property of OneThree Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction is
strictly prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to NZ jurisdiction.
